General Terms and Conditions


  1. Quote Validity
    This quote is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and conditions may be subject to change.
  2. Payment Terms
    • Payment terms will be defined according to the specific agreement with the client.  All terms will be detailed in the final proposal and contract.
    • Monthly services must be paid in advance at the beginning of each month.
    • All payments should be made via bank transfer or previously agreed payment method.
  3. Software Licensing
    The client is responsible for paying software providers (e.g., Odoo) directly for any user licenses or subscriptions. We provide guidance throughout the process, but we do not charge for software licenses.
  4. Technical Support
    Technical support is included only if a monthly maintenance plan is contracted. Any services outside of the plan will be quoted and billed separately.
  5. Data Ownership
    All information entered into the system by the client remains their property. We do not access or use client data without express permission.
  6. Delivery Timeline
    Project timelines depend on client collaboration and timely payments. Delays in these areas may affect delivery dates.
  7. Project Modifications
    Any changes or additions to the original scope may result in adjustments to the project cost and timeline, and will be confirmed in writing.
  8. Confidentiality
    All information shared by the client will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
  9. Cancellations
    If the client cancels the project after it has started, any payments made will not be refunded. Work already completed will be charged accordingly.
  10. Jurisdiction
    This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of this jurisdiction.
